1. Provider and service

SelfAds (WeBooster AI Ads) is provided by ANDROLEX NETWORK S.R.L., tax ID RO46640466, contact address Aleea Mihail Sadoveanu 59F, space 17, Iași, Romania; office@webooster.ro. These terms cover selfads.ai and temporary access through ads.webooster.ro.

The platform provides AI assistance for ideas, content, drafts and campaign analysis, depending on the plan and available integrations. Features marked as planned, pending approval or unavailable are not already active services.

2. Account and authorized use

You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent your business and connected accounts. Provide accurate information, protect account access and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Do not use the service for fraud, illegal content, infringement, unauthorized data collection, circumventing limits, attacks or access to other users’ accounts. Do not upload data or materials without the necessary rights and permissions.

3. Connections and action approval

Google, Meta and TikTok are independent services governed by their own terms. Availability depends on app approval, user permissions, account eligibility, API quotas and provider policies. SelfAds is not a Google, Meta or TikTok product.

Social sign-in does not automatically authorize ad management. You choose the account and confirm supported actions. AI may propose changes, but chatting does not apply them. Check the platform, campaign, action and budget before confirming.

You may create a Meta campaign structure with PAUSED status only after explicit confirmation, without ad sets, ads or activation of delivery. Resuming an existing campaign, where supported and confirmed by you, may resume advertising spend. Disconnecting SelfAds, deleting a local draft or stopping use does not automatically pause existing ads. Manage them directly in the advertising platform where necessary.

4. Plans, prices and credits

Displayed plans are Free, Pro at EUR 89/month and Agency at EUR 249/month. Quarterly and annual periods show discounts of 15% and 25%, respectively; check the total charge for the period separately from the monthly equivalent. Advertising spend is not included in subscription prices.

Online payments are not active in the current version. Saving a plan selection does not charge you or start a paid subscription or renewal. Before payments are enabled, the final price, applicable taxes, charging date and frequency, cancellation rules and any withdrawal rights will be disclosed.

Credit allowances and operation costs are displayed in the platform. Daily balances replenish according to the 24-hour window; unused daily credits do not accumulate. Additional credits are tracked separately and their terms will appear before purchase. Credits are service usage units, not money, investments or advertising budgets. Report incorrect consumption for review.

5. Content and artificial intelligence

You retain your rights in your materials. You grant us limited permission to store, process and transmit them to necessary providers for features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not acquire permission to use them in our own promotion without separate authorization.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other output. Check copy, commercial claims, image rights, trademarks, music and obligations relevant to your industry before use. We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright protection for every output. Recommendations and estimates do not guarantee clicks, sales, profits or ad approval.

6. Personal data and notifications

The Privacy Policy describes processing, including Google Ads access and context sent to AI providers. You are responsible for the lawfulness of third-party data you submit. Contact us before uploading if a data processing agreement is needed.

Optional recommendation emails require your opt-in and service availability. Accepting an email does not automatically apply a change: operations must be reviewed and confirmed in the available flow.

7. Availability and liability

We work to maintain the service, but interruptions, maintenance, AI errors and external platform restrictions may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or commercial results. Keep copies of important materials.

Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Advertising charges are managed by the advertising platform and may continue until the campaign is actually stopped there.

8. Termination, updates and complaints

You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request account deletion at office@webooster.ro. We may proportionately restrict access for security, violations or legal obligations, with notice where possible.

Important changes will be communicated before taking effect where required by law. Saving a plan choice will not be converted into a charge without your acceptance.

Contact office@webooster.ro for complaints. Romanian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. Disputes are handled by legally competent courts; consumers retain their right to contact competent authorities.
